The Week in Villainy: Puppet Master Taking stock of super-villains Puppet Master: I direct your attention to Ms. Marvel #18, and the Puppet Master. I'm actually not sure if this should count as an up arrow or a down arrow, I find myself making arguments for both. Basically, PM is finally using his power to, um, well... in a fashion that would occur to most men who had his power. That's the Up arrow for the spineless PM.
