Q: My girlfriend and I have been seeing each other for about 18 months. I stay at her place approximately 12 days a month -- and ONLY if she asks me to stay. She feels that I should be responsible to pick up some of her utilities and groceries. Understand, I have a somewhat modest income. Trying to maintain my apartment alone is demanding, let alone trying to do for someone who I'm not living with.
