Of course, if you're familiar with my previous work, you know that when a character says "You haven't seen the last of me!" -- he means it.
That storyline was significant for another reason... it was the first time I made it known that Evil Atom may appear to be a bumbling, doddering old fool, but he's actually a very crafty, very astute strategist.
