Wizard World Philly Preview

Just one more day until Wizard World Philadelphia kicks off. Broken Frontier has posted an interesting interview with Wizard Universe VP Rob Felton who discusses the history of the event and the 6th annual Wizard World Philadelphia.

[BROKEN FRONTIER] Wizard World Chicago was originally launched as a marketing tool for the company – we acquired an existing show and re-branded it. After five years of continuing success we decided to launch our first original show, Wizard World Philadelphia.

After that show’s resounding success, as evidenced by our return to Philadelphia for the sixth time this year, we created Wizard World Texas and Wizard World Los Angeles, spreading our coverage over the four corners of the country and the four quarters of the year.

D.J. Coffman

Also, make plans to swing by and say hi to D.J. Coffman at his table in Artist Alley. Besides his webcomic Yirmamah, Coffman is well known for his hit comic, Hero By Night. Deej is hanging out at tables 2807-2811 in Artist Alley.

Peter Stathis

While you're looking for me at table 2105, stop by Pete Stathis' Artist Alley table at 1309. Pete's Evenfall is a brilliant independent comic, and it deserves your rapt attention.

Hell, let's face it, we're not responsible for anything; including the things we say, do, or think. And if you sue us because you think we are? Well, we're not responsible for that either.
