It's been a heated battle, as the first two mystery seeds have been revealed and the fist two match-ups have been decided.
Wingman got the drop on Iron Dragon in the first round (heh-heh), and Captain Heroic edged out Lightning Lady.
Speaking of heated battles, a Cap / Miss Match face-off is still a possibility in the third round.
But first, she's going to have to bring the heat against Elastic Man.

Why Dubuque? :)
/dubuque native, 99% of the people I talk to have never heard of the city, let alone know how to pronounce/spell it.

Looking back, I should have known the final matchup would be Capt v. Match. I just assumed it would be first up so that MM would pull a "I can't deal with this right now," schtick and Capt would be pummeling everyone thereafter 'cuz he can't air out his personal problems.
So, since no one can enter into the contest now, I guess it'll be MM d. Elastic, EA d. Cmdr Heroic, Capt, d. Wingman, MM d. EA, then with a big brouhaha at the end where (possibly) everyone finds out MM and Capt. are married.
But I was wrong in the first place....

I figured for sure Elastic Man would have taken on LL. Electricity and rubber...they seemed like natural enemies. Still, I like the way this storyline has been going so far.

And the Iron Dragon (can't spell her name) only weighs 1,500 pounds? Surely you missed a zero somewhere in there--my subcompact weighs more than she does. Granted, it doesn't fly, but I'm just saying....
